For light cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and allow it to air-dry completely before storing.

For spills, blot the area promptly with a clean cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this may spread the stain.

We recommend hand cleaning only. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, iron or dry clean the mat, as heat and harsh cleaning methods may damage the surface, printing, stitching or backing.

Make sure the mat is completely clean and dry before storing it.

Roll the mat loosely where possible and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and high heat. Avoid folding it tightly for long periods, as this may create permanent creases.

Minor creases may occur during shipping. Lay the mat flat or roll it gently in the opposite direction and allow it time to settle naturally.

Do not apply direct heat unless the product care instructions specifically allow it.

We recommend keeping food, oily products and strongly coloured drinks away from the playing surface. Clean any spill promptly to reduce the risk of staining.

Our racks are finished in vegan leather, offering a soft, refined appearance without the use of animal leather.

Please check the individual product page for full information about the rack's construction, dimensions and included pieces.

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry it immediately with a clean cloth.

For light marks, use a small amount of mild soap diluted in water. Apply it to the cloth rather than directly to the rack.

Do not soak or rinse rack directly under water.

Do not use:

• Alcohol or alcohol-based cleaners
• Bleach or harsh chemicals
• Solvents or household sprays
• Abrasive cloths or scrubbing pads
• Leather oils, waxes or conditioners intended for genuine leather
• Excess water

These products may damage the colour, surface coating or finish.

Vegan leather may develop light marks or creases through regular use. To help protect the finish, avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces and placing heavy items on top of the racks.

Store the racks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture and high heat.

Do not stack heavy objects on top of them, as prolonged pressure may affect their shape or leave impressions in the surface.

Blot away moisture promptly with a soft, dry cloth and allow the rack to air-dry naturally.

Do not use a hairdryer, heater or direct sunlight, as concentrated heat may warp or damage the vegan leather finish.
